How pre-orders work.

  1. Order and confirmation

    Place your GullWing Caps pre-order and receive your order confirmation by email.

  2. Order progress and updates

    We’ll keep you informed as your pre-order progresses and share updates on availability and timing.

  3. Shipping notification

    When your order ships, we’ll send a shipping notification with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Taking longer than expected?

If your pre-order takes longer than expected, these are your options.

Switch to an available option

Contact us about switching to a discounted, currently available option, if one is in stock. We’ll help you check suitability for your truck before you decide.

Full refund after four months

If we’re unable to fulfill your order within 4 months, you can request a full refund plus 2.5% store credit.

Early cancellation fee

Pre-orders are subject to a 25% early cancellation fee to help cover sourcing time and processing costs. This fee does not apply to the full refund offered if we are unable to fulfill your order within 4 months.
